Tonight was the best episode of the season thus far. The episode had suspense, intrigue and betrayal. My top three competitors were forced into a double elimination challenge. Carla, Herman and George ( one of George Forman's sons) Carla was the first to go out followed by George. Herman survives. Herman is an Indian from India but has rejected his culture and has adopted the native American culture so John Cena arrange for Herman's parents to visit their son for the purpose of having Herman talk to his conservative parents about he sees himself this went over well and was high point of the show. The betrayal came from Chole. Chole got wind that Grady was plotting with Burke to take out tema Chole and team Rikki. Chole approached Rikki about and they formed an alliance to protect each other. Team Chole won the team challenge giving Chole the power to pick who goes into elimination. Carla who is on team Rikki was automatically up for elimination
The plan between Chole and Rikki was that whoever won the the team challenge would look out for the other by sending the weaker competitors into the double elimination challenge. Chole did not honor the agreement and sent the two top competitors against Carla and because Carla was Rikki's only remaining team member and when Carla lost Cadre leader Rikki had to also ring out.

What I love about reality T.V. competition shows is that they are studies in leadership and teamwork. An interesting trend is developing on American Grit as it relates to leadership and teamwork. Last years competition was dominated by an army cadre leader who brilliantly picked his team and bested a navy seal led team and a marine led team; this year another army team is dominating. Team Grady is led by a green beret and they are a force. It is also interesting that last season the marine core led team was a disaster her team got whittled down to one person and she gave bad instruction to her team which led to a last place finish. The same thing is happening this year with Team Chole which is a Marine Core led team. The challenge was a boat race and Chole made the decision not to have her team practice at all in a boat then she added insult to injury by having her appointed boat captain lead the boat crew from the front of the boat. All the other boat crews had the boat captain in the rear of the boat. I hate to use the word disaster again but that is what it was.It was an embarrassment. Heather is on Team Chole and Heather has caused the the elimination of 3 of Team Chole's strongest members. Heather purposefully ate buttermilk ranch dressing knowing that she is lactose intolerant inorder to sicken herself so she would not be selected for the elimination challenge. The problem that I have is with Chole whose leadership failure has left her with only one team member, the worst contestant, Heather!

Heather, Heather, heather! she is proving her self to be a real snake and contestant Shermon called her out right away. Shermon said to that heather was fraud and fake. Heather said that sherman called her a bitch but the tape didn't show this at all. Next Herman and Melianie who have a chemistry were fooling around having fun Heather witnessed this and was laughing along. The next day Heather says to two other contestants that Melanie was in trouble because she and Herman were drunk and being disrespectful none of that was true. Melanie who shaved her head as a part of a challenge was taken off site by John Cena to donate her hair. Shermon said it best " Heather is dangerous"

If Javier doesn't win, something is WAY Wrong! There are many talented, passionate singers but, I'm sorry, none even come close to him. He was a standout from his first note. He's at his best when he doesn't force it. His natural tone is just incredible. He reminds me of Sam Cooke. He
just effortlessly Elevates his music each time. He is by far the best singer. No doubt about it.
